  I asked for 2 mcgrittles with no cheese and a large water I received a small water and 2 mcgrittles with no eggs or cheese. Tried to call and they have the phone off line for the past almost 2 hours. I had to work this morning so I couldn’t come back to correct thee order. Very disappointed, the lady at the counter spent more time on her makeup than getting orders right.

  Awful manager. Tall and big woman with long hair who is the manager either shouldn’t have the privilege of being surrounded by so many nice employees. Saw her personally demean fry cook, cashier and drive thru person. Based on their reaction they were uncomfortable and seemed like it occurs often. Secondly, she personally refused to help me. She will claim she didn’t hear but all of her employees heard and decided to walk to the back as I called her personally 3-4 times because I needed a manager. I will be avoiding this McDonalds from now on.

  The is Ky Melissa the night time manager is so amazing she make sure that my food is hot and everything is in the bag I love she is there because before talking to her they would just give me cold food all the I time so if u want HOT FOOD ask for manager Melissa she will make sure your GOOD

  A couple of months ago my kids were playing in the play area when I fight broke out between 2 men. The cops came. The laat time we came about 3 weeks ago there wasn't anywhere for us to sit. There were homeless people literally lying down sleeping in thw booths. There were some on computers using wifi and no food or drinks that I could see at their table. A bday party was going on and right next to them was a homless man blaring inappropriate music. The mom asked him to turn it down. The man became aggressive using vulgar language. The cops were called. So now we hesitate to come here. Since then we go to chickfile. We wish someone wcould clean up the mcdonalds on chandler....meaning paying customers only.

  The food is good. The service is good. We would like to dine in however the last 2 times we did, there was a fight that broke out between homeless people. Instead of allowing the non paying customers to take up space in the dining area, why not keep that space for paying customers? Instead of a family fun environment its turned into a chaotic camp ground for the homeless.
