  I can't believe what joke McDonald's is now days big breakfast platter only sausage biscuit egg 6 dollars and biscuits and gravy hashbrown 7.26 I won't ever return to McDonald's ever again rather go braums much cheaper

  Was told the drive thru lady name is “Jay” pretty sure it’s not how she went n hide behind the counter so I couldn’t see her. But throwing your headset and cussing at me was unprofessional. I ordered a sweet tea which was out. Then she tried to give me unsweat which was out as well. I told her just give me a Dr Pepper and she had the audacity to ask me if TWO PIECE OF ICE is okay for my drink. I ordered fries and they were hard and cold. Not to mention I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru and had other customers behind me trying to yell at me because they don’t know how to do their job correctly. Roy the manager on duty gave me the name of him and this Jay person. The customer service was trash as far as this jay person. I appreciate Roy for making me fresh fries to make up for the ones they should’ve thrown away then given to me. My mcchicken tasted like it was cooked with a fish patty and of course that was old as well. Night shift needs some work !! If you don’t like your job , QUIT !!!!!

  Me and my pregnant wife Was served basically raw patties when I went back to inform them, the manager on shift first told me that a lil pibk meat is okay for everyone then when I told him my pregnant wife couldn't have raw meat, he then blamed the stores stove.

  Please fully cook the meat, quater meat is fresh meat that has to be cooked on a longer time than the regular meat. Please pay attention to the cook time. got everything in order with the store with the general manager, Christie i believe. But the manager on shift that made this burger said that the timer on the machine that cooks the burger allowed the burger to cook to make the burger pink throughout the entirety of the patties. And that it is OK to serve patties cooked like this. When Christie was told about the interaction with this manager she said this was not McDonald's standard on proper meat cook time and it was not ok to serve pink meat.

  It was as expected. Just ok. The shift supervisor needs to stay on top of the food consistency. Hot fries, burgers with 2 pickles and catchup and mustard with seasoning. Quality control and consistency can overcome lacking service.
