  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. My family and I traveled from another state to celebrate my cousin’s graduation, and we chose this restaurant hoping to make the occasion special. Unfortunately, it ended up being one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. I ordered a meal for my 1 year old a nugget meal and nuggets were undercooked. When I informed a waitress, she spoke to another employee in kitchen and informed them . Rather than coming to our table and addressing the issue professionally, a waiter made a comment in Spanish to the waitress saying that “the nuggets are supposed to be like that.” If he truly believed that, he should have had the respect to tell me directly instead of talking about me behind my back. It felt rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The problems did not stop there. Multiple items from our order were missing, food arrived incorrectly, and some dishes were simply terrible. Every time we asked for something that had been forgotten, we waited far too long for assistance. What upset us the most was the noticeable difference in how our table was treated compared to others around us. We watched other customers receive friendly service, attention, and prompt responses, while our table was largely ignored. The contrast was impossible not to notice. We left feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and honestly felt discriminated against. We traveled a long distance to celebrate an important milestone with our family, and instead of feeling welcomed, we left frustrated and disappointed. A graduation celebration should be a happy memory, but this restaurant completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I will never return.

  I have never had to leave a negative review before, but this was the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a restaurant after ordering only an appetizer. The gentleman who seated us was very kind, but unfortunately our experience with our server was quite the opposite. From the moment we sat down, he seemed irritated and unfriendly. When he first brought our drinks, he set down two waters and what appeared to be a child’s drink in a Styrofoam cup. We politely mentioned that we didn’t think the extra drink was ours, and he simply made an annoyed expression and walked away without saying a word. He later returned with another water and, again, left without any acknowledgment. When he came back, I asked if they happened to have a spicier salsa, as the complimentary salsa tasted more like plain tomato sauce than traditional salsa. A short time later, he brought out our queso, but there were two bowls instead of the one we had ordered. I politely said, “Oh, I’m sorry, we only ordered one,” and he immediately grabbed the extra bowl and walked away. Moments later, we heard what sounded like the dish being thrown into the back, presumably into the sink. Whether intentional or not, it felt unnecessarily aggressive and made us very uncomfortable. At that point, another employee came over to take our order and apologized, saying, “Sorry about my friend.” Unfortunately, the experience had already soured our visit, and we simply asked for the check and left. Everyone can have an off day, and mistakes happen, but the consistently dismissive and hostile attitude made us feel unwelcome. It’s disappointing because first impressions matter, and this experience ensured we won’t be returning.
