  This could not have been more of a disappointment. I passed something like 7 or more Chick-Fil-A restaurants while traveling, and I nearly starved to death holding out for this one. Given the 4.5 star 2000+ review track record, we had very high hopes. We passed through at 6 p.m. when you would expect the food to be at its peak. Yet, somehow, nearly everything that COULD go wrong DID. This is probably the worst experience I've had at Chick-Fil-A. That says a lot considering that I was recently given the equivalent of an 8 piece when I ordered 12 (at a different location). 1st problem? Me and my husband BOTH said YELLOW Mustard with emphasis on the yellow to avoid confusion, yet we were given a bunch of Honey Mustard and not a single Yellow Mustard. 2nd? I broke into the fries first, because obviously they need to be eaten fresh. Joke was on me! They were old, chewy, and unpleasant. As a matter of fact, they're the worst fries I've ever had at a Chick-Fil-A BY FAR. There was one that was only half cooked (with the majority of it being white and mushy and obviously raw). There was another one that was an absolute sodium bomb that I nearly choked on. Meanwhile, some had no salt and they weren't very hot. I always really look forward to the fries (which I need mustard for) so this was a big stab to the chest. 3rd? Well, I've never even ONCE had a missing item at Chick-Fil-A and I thought that I could always count on this. That being the case, I ONLY checked for the YELLOW Mustard at the window (as I didn't want to hold up the line while searching the bag for no reason). BIG mistake. They forgot the nuggets!! My husband had to go inside to get them while the food was getting cold and soggy (not that there was much hope for the fries from the start). I can't much complain about what we received, though I wasn't 100% satisfied. 4th? Two of the sandwiches were thick, clean, and overall very good/fresh. Of course, luck would have it that mine (which was half the thickness of the others [I actually don't mind because you can better appreciate the seasonings and texture this way]) was very fatty. My favorite part is the crummy legs that hang out the sides, so I usually save them for last, but I really screwed myself my doing so this time. Both of the "highlights" were pure fat and absolutely disgusting. I actually threw up when I bit into the first one and started chewing. 💀 We are so upset, but most of all disappointed, and we are truly perplexed trying to figure out how they got such a high rating in the first place. Did you buy your reviews or something? Well, folks.. This is your sign not to blindly trust star ratings! 😅

  The young lady who took my order and the young man at the window were very polite and friendly. Smiled and spoke in a happy manner like they were truly glad to be of service.

  Last week I had an experience that deserves recognition. I placed an online order right before 1:00 PM, then realized I had a meeting I couldn’t miss. I couldn’t cancel online, so I called and they immediately took care of it and told me to come back after my meeting for fresh food. When I arrived, the manager got my order started right away and even offered me a free drink while I waited. What really stood out is they didn’t have to do any of this especially since I was redeeming a free sandwich and only added a small side and drink. It wasn’t a big order at all. But they still went above and beyond. This is PRIME customer service. I truly appreciate it and I will keep coming back!
