  I ordered the appetizer sampler and the chicken wrap with only ranch and cheese on it. They came out with our main before the appetizers. Then said oh we forgot it do you still want it. I was livid. We waited 30 minutes to get our food. And I waited 10 minutes for a refill. I said yes I want my appetizers. Because I had gotten cheese curds. And it was the only reason I was even there. They also messed up my main and it was dry, luke warm, and didnt even have ranch on it. Told them as much, and they asked if i wanted a cup of ranch for it. I said sure. Then when they brought me my appetizer sampler, it was supposed to have boneless wings, chicken tenders, some Hawaiin sliders with no onions, and the cheese curds, they didnt give me boneless wings, the sliders were smashed into the tray, and everything on the try had been obviously left to sit out for more than 20 plus minutes. I started crying. My fiance had to get them to remake the entire platter because instead of offering to remake it they said they'd reheat the horrendous tray of messed uo food. Everything I had ordered was messed up. They offered to discount our meal but seriously... the entire meal was ruined and left me emotionally distraught. I'm pregnant and just wanted a nice dinner and this was thw worst experience I've ever had from here.

  This place messes up my order every time last time didnt get my takeout correct gave me 15 wings instead the 30 was cold, had drive all way back for them to correct my order, which they did and Mgr was cool and replaced my order but that don't cover gas or fact my wife ate while I was going get my order fixed, time before that took over hr get my food and they messed that up as well but bartender was amazing, wish could say they were only 2 times! ill personally never spend my hard earned money here again, but service inside and folks are always nice,

  I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings today. I suffer from lupus, and my body was already hurting. There were teenagers being very loud and active around the play area, so I politely asked the hostess if we could move tables. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, I was told that my health didn’t matter and that moving us wouldn’t make a difference. Customer service should include kindness, professionalism, and respect for all guests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

  I've eaten here many time, never had a problem fast service meal hot. Today was bad and there was not that many people, fries was cold, it took forever. When I order and when I got. Wings always good, today not so much

  Absolutely terrible. We're in a party of 11, after being there an hr and everyone done with their food, I was given my food. Only after asking about it and given excuses about being recooked because it"got old setting there". Really? I ordered chicken, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The same things multiple people ordered on my table. Then I was given an attitude for adding for a to go box to put it in!? Then I assumed they'd make it up and comp it , offer a raincheck or whatever. Nope, nothing except the waitress dropping the check upside down and taking off to never be seen again. On another note, not one refill. I don't write reviews like this typically, but this was completely unacceptable. This place deserved zero stars. May 8th 2026
