  Girls had a very nasty attitude this morning. Didn’t speak to me at all. My drink is very good but service was not up to the normal standard of 7 brew

  I haven't found a 7brew i havent liked until now, ordered 3 different drinks, they came out looking the same, ( not marked) girl is sticking them in the window like we all gona taste each other's drinks and figure it out? NO... ordered all with Carmel drizzle and it was just pumped in the bottom of the cup (presentation sucked) the two employees we interacted with had major attitudes... approach with caution!!! 😏

  This morning I stopped by 7 brew not even realizing I was about 30 minutes too early. I sat and waited a few minutes until it dawned on me they weren’t open yet. I apologized and was about to pull off when Austin, the manager came out to politely greet me and asked me what I wanted. I told him to not even worry about it and that I felt silly for not realizing. He truly was so kind and told me not to worry about it. Everything was already up and running. He did not make me feel like an inconvenience as he asked me again what I wanted. I gave him my order and his staff quickly made it for me on the house. I was blown away by his kindness this morning. There needs to be more Austin’s in this world. Thank you 7brew Muskogee!!
