  The young lady taking our money was so sweet! She asked about our Halloween plans and made our stop very nice. She did not have to make small talk while we waited for our drink- but she did and did it with a smile!

  I always get the right order and you have the sweetest employees there ever!!! Austin is the best manager I have ever seen and I’ve owned several businesses. Every time I go there. I have never felt like it was nothing but the best experience. I drive 25 minutes to go there when I have a local coffee company 10 minutes from my home.

  7brew is usually amazing but this one location constantly makes the drinks wrong and has ridiculous wait times. We sat here over 20 minutes for two drinks. We'll stick to other locations that are managed better

  I usually love 7 Brew, but the tipping culture is starting to wear on me. Honestly, the whole card transaction is awkward. They take your order, then flip the iPad around and make you select a tip option almost like you’re ordering another item off the menu. Then they flip it back around and have you tap your card. Every. Damn. Time. What makes it worse is that when you do tip, there’s rarely a “thank you,” “I appreciate it,” or even an acknowledgment that you just gave them extra money. The drinks are already expensive. A tip is supposed to be something a customer voluntarily gives as a reward for good service—not another expected step in the checkout process. If you’re going to make customers actively select a tip every single time they pay with a card, then at least show some appreciation when they choose to give one. Tipping fatigue is real, and this is exactly why. It’s not that people don’t want to be generous—it’s that generosity starts to feel a lot less meaningful when businesses make tipping feel mandatory and employees treat it like it’s simply expected. One last thing, if you’re gonna charge eight dollars for a drink and then expect a tip on top of it, don’t fill the whole cup up with ice before you pour the liquid in and at least fill it up all the way. DO BETTER 7 BREW!
