  I normally love going to 7 Brew and I visit around twice a week, but I’m honestly disappointed with the online customer service. My husband brought me home the cotton candy lemonade, and it tasted sour and disgusting. I hardly drank any of it because it was so nasty. I emailed customer service and never got a response. I also messaged on Facebook and was told to “try the drink before leaving next time,” which was frustrating because I’m a stay at home mom taking care of our baby at home, so I couldn’t have checked it myself before leaving because my husband brought the drink to me. I wasn’t trying to be rude, I just want help with a drink I couldn’t even drink. I still enjoy the stand itself and the workers are usually nice, but the way the online customer service handled this situation was disappointing, especially with the prices.

  Beverages are always the best!!! No matter if it's a hot, cold, blustery, rainy, dreary day you always know that 7 Brew Coffee has what you're wanting!! Me~ I prefer cold coffees and they for sure have me with a decaf, sugar free whatever it may be for my choice that day. I'm a diabetic and a heart patient so I cannot have much sugar and definitely has to be decaf (for heart purposes). If I want to try something new in a concoction I havent tried yet, then they have a variety of flavors that are sugar free!! The Service is always awesome and the atmosphere is hoppin'!!! Go on ... You know you want to try it- go get a coffee, tea, mocha, or maybe even an energy boost!

  I pulled in behind another car while 2 employees were standing around talking, so my order wasn't taken. The young lady at the register took my order. I got a brunette and I asked for oat milk because I am lactose intolerant, I could taste the whole milk immediately and my stomach started reacting to the whole milk. I could not finish my drink.

  Although the service was friendly as normal here, I came for a coffee (frappe), which is usually good here. I'm not sure what I got this time but it wasn't a coffee or good. I received an expensive cup of foam from top to bottom with a small layer strong sickly sweet (syrup?) at the bottom, I'm assuming they left out the ice and from the taste and lack of liquid the coffee. This is just undrinkable trash.
