  Employees suck, they have horrible attitudes and are not cooperative at all! Food was cold and not made right twice!

  2 for 7 ham melts out of this world so good and. Neal deal 7.00 box to go it was great options in it as well

  So visited Arby’s here in Moore today around 3 pm on Memorial Day. Ordered two double sandwiches fries and a cup of cheddar. One sandwich was great. No complaints. The other sandwich had about a regular sandwich worth of meat. Fries were fine on both orders. The cup of cheddar was less than half full. Told the kid behind the counter and he said that’s normal. Ok fine it is what it is. The oddest part of the visit was the manager taking another kids info out in the lobby. Meanwhile the kids girlfriend was watching videos on her phone eating a sandwich. Remind me of a scene in some sort of parody movie. lol my biggest take on the visit though was the decline in quality that used to be Arby’s. Mainly portion size more than anything. For two people to eat being a little over $24 you would thing quality and quantity would be decent.

  The floor was sticky from the front door to the tables, all around the soda area. The food wasn't fresh again, the curly fries were hard, old & dried out. We always end up with the hard ends of the curly fries. The turnover was dry and crumbled into a big mess. Their ladies restroom was really dirty again. We really love Arby's food, but we are really disappointed in the food and cleanliness of their restraunts. Several times the employees are eating fries ect in plain sight of us ordering or while we are seated eating.
