Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Went through the drive-thru and had to tell the lady several times and then she told us to hold on a minute and then did not speak for about 15 minutes and then said what was it again and so I repeated myself and we pull up and they give us our drinks rudely and gave us the wrong food after repeating it several times and a girl that was walking the food out to the truck I smiled at her she glared at me jazz was on her name tag and the soda they handed out had pop all down the sides dripping and there was only me and the truck that was in front of me. Never will be back here made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected

Whataburger is hsnds down my favorite corporate burger. This one was made better by our being far from home in a strange city. Seeing that big orange sign was a welcome sight. But the best thing about this visit were the employees. Friendly, happy service has me smiling at the memory two days later.

This Whataburger location off Douglas Boulevard in Midwest City is one of the better ones I’ve been to, and it’s the only one I make a point to go out of my way for.
The service here is consistently friendly and welcoming. I’m almost always greeted with a smile, and the team members are polite and efficient. My orders are rarely (if ever) wrong, which says a lot compared to some other fast food spots. They also have kiosks available if you prefer to order that way, which is convenient.
The restaurant itself stays clean. The floors look good, tables are usually wiped down promptly, and the overall atmosphere feels well-maintained. (I can’t speak to the bathrooms since I’ve never needed to use them there.)
The other day I had a small hiccup with a to-go order. I ordered an apple pie, but it wasn’t in the bag when I got to my car. I went back inside and stood at the counter for a few minutes while a couple of employees walked by without acknowledging me. Then the manager, Toni, came over, greeted me politely, and immediately took care of it. She got my apple pie right away and even used the moment to remind her team to double-check every item against the ticket before bagging orders. It was handled professionally and with a good attitude.
Overall, this location delivers reliable food, a clean environment, and solid customer service. The minor issue I had was fixed quickly and left me with a positive impression thanks to Toni.
