    App isn’t working, therefore you can’t get half priced drinks… they will charge you full price…. It’s poor customer service. I’ve worked customer service my entire life…. Any business I’ve worked at would honor the discount if our app wasn’t working….

    I ordered a large tots with a few sauces on the app. I received a medium tots with far more salt than anticipated and no sauce. Service was fast at the cost of scamming me on the size I paid for.
