  They can’t get their orders right? And when you call to tell them they just act like you’re the one that’s dumb. I had to call in three times just to get a drink order correct. Went back in a week later the only thing they got right correct was the back of ice.

  I feel like it's always a hit or miss now on of the food will be good or not.

  The young man who brought out my shake was very nice. However, I've never had a chocolate shake that had the consistency of chocolate milk before. It was a birthday reward and free otherwise I would have chanced it and had them remake it. I was VERY disappointed.

  I've ordered from this sonic quite a few times and it seems that every time I order either the food is cold, it tastes old or I have missing items from my orders. One of the worst sonics i've ordered from or visited and I will not be doing business with them anymore. When I call about issues, the staff acts like they don't know what to do and they always ask me to come up there and get what's missing. If I order the delivery I had it delivered for a reason. I'm not going to the restaurant to pick up something that should have been delivered in the first place.
