  Pros 1. Plenty of close parking 2. Food hot and accurate to order Cons 1. Employees in store (not drivers) are rude and uncaring. Boo to the uncaring attitude.

  HORRIBLE customer service. The night manager is very rude and disrespectful. Hung up on me. I just wanted my money back for the pizza I did not receive through DoorDash. DoorDash refunded me the service fees. Papa John’s should refund me for the pizza. The only person that is at a loss right now is me. I believe he thought I was lying. The manager cut me off repeatedly, I could barely get my words out, very unprofessional. He sounded more of the irate customer than I did, like a drunk. Had he talked to me more as a person, a dissatisfied customer, and with a little respect I would have took the loss and been done with it. (I have an “it is what it is” outlook) Customers keep a business going and if you have no customers, you have no business. You have most definitely lost a customer with this situation.

  We had a hiccup using the call center, but when I spoke to the store directly the service was great.
