- KDKaylee Davis3 days ago1.0They’re constantly serving old, stale, and hard fries. I’ve even had them served to us obviously redropped before. With how expensive their fries are, I expect to get fresh ones. It’s also impossible to get anyone on the phone if you have issues with your order.

Clear as day our receipt says exactly what we ordered but don’t forget to check your order because the incompetence of actually putting the correct order in the bag never fails… then they always proceed to argue with you. Fry’s are always over cooked , burgers are always burnt and ice cream never works , and they don’t know the difference in sweet tea or unsweetened. Then the service is trash always ride a disrespectful.

The customer service that I received was absolutely horrible. I don’t ever make these reviews because I know how they affect a business. The order was wrong when I tried to explain to the lady that’s not what I ordered. She got an attitude at the window telling the other workers. Oh, she saying this ain’t right like first off you should never do that in front of a customer, I’m telling you my order isn’t right that’s not what I ordered or paid for because I didn’t want to hold up their drive-through line. I ended up just taking the food and leaving I’m highly upset. That’s not how businesses conducted.
