- TTTaberMay 29, 20261.0Tried ordering from Jimmy John’s through DoorDash and there wasn’t even an option to add extra turkey. I called the store and the employee told me she “couldn’t control what’s on DoorDash.” I’ve worked in restaurants before, so I know stores can edit items and modifiers through the DoorDash tablet. I even suggested that I could just pay for “add ham” and have them substitute turkey instead, but she said her manager wouldn’t allow it. At that point I just went in and ordered in person. After all of that, I got my sandwich and it honestly looked like the ingredients had just been thrown on randomly. My slim #4 had lettuce all over it. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing for what should’ve been a simple sandwich order. Being difficult with customers if how you lose business!
