  the staff was rude and rushy, We had not been to Jimmy John's before and need to look over the menu, the staffs attitude was like we was taking to long and rude, the the sandwiches was good

  Tried ordering from Jimmy John’s through DoorDash and there wasn’t even an option to add extra turkey. I called the store and the employee told me she “couldn’t control what’s on DoorDash.” I’ve worked in restaurants before, so I know stores can edit items and modifiers through the DoorDash tablet. I even suggested that I could just pay for “add ham” and have them substitute turkey instead, but she said her manager wouldn’t allow it. At that point I just went in and ordered in person. After all of that, I got my sandwich and it honestly looked like the ingredients had just been thrown on randomly. My slim #4 had lettuce all over it. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing for what should’ve been a simple sandwich order. Being difficult with customers if how you lose business!

  Ordered food at 11:03 am via the app only to see 8 walk in customers order their food and get their food before me. I asked up front about my order at 11:19am. They told me it was being worked on. I hardly ever use the app but I see they don't priortize app users.

  First time ever trying Jimmy John's and will be the last. I asked if my tomatoes could be cut up and heard a lady on the line mumble no after the guy taking my order said they could be cut in half. I was upcharged to swap provolone cheese for cheddar (wasn't made aware there was an upcharge). Tipped on the card reader as I always do being I ask for my tomatoes to be cut up at other sub shops, just to sit down with my food to find out my tomatoes are not cut and theres some sauce on my meat that looks like it was left on utensils from another customers sandwich being prepped that I did not enjoy the test of. I will stick to Subway and Jersey Mike's.
