    Don't drink coffee at all and but this place has the best chocolate milk, banana bread chocolate milk to be exact it's so good!! And all of the employees have great customer service skills unlike that underground coffee place

    This is the slowest Durch Bros I have ever been to. I shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes and be late to work to get a drink from your location when I place an online order. I went to the window thinking this would be faster no I stood in line with no orders being taken from anyone new who walked up. There is hardly any team members that stand outside in the drive thru to take orders taking twice as long as any other drive thru line for Dutch Bros. Also was told that my drink may have gone to someone else and due to this error I asked for possible extra Straw toppers and was told Uh you already some. It was not my fault the drink order I made was "Lost". I will not be returning to the Midwest city location.

    I used to go to this location all the time. However, the drinks progressively started getting worse. Today I thought it would be a good idea to stop by and try it again. I ordered a large iced latte with pumpkin, white chocolate and Irish cream. I took one sip of it and then threw it away. It tasted like old coffee grinds and milk. No thank you. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    Good not great place and if you place a mobile order and arrive 20 minutes later they half the time start making it when you arrive which isn’t the point of mobile order. Sometimes the drinks taste great and sometimes they don’t taste like they even add the flavors. Not very consistent. Young kids and you never know what it’ll taste like even ordering the same thing. It’s a flip of a coin.

    I love dutch bros but this location in particular always has me waiting forever , most the time I just drive right past instead of stopping. Young lady at the window just hangs out of it and talks to her friends ,one day I had to ask for her coworker to have them go park and finish their conversation so I could get to work. Lacks professionalism, and competency my drink is always wrong. I ask for a caramelizer with a single shot of coffee because im caffeine sensitive, and I only like it for the taste, however each and every time I get a coffee, it tastes like there's 4 or 5 shots in it, only thing I taste is coffee. Tams should really pay attention to this. Because these are just some of the few of the reasons I don't come to this dutch bros anymore. Could have potential to be a great location. Very busy
