    They tried to hand us someone else's order, we let them know (before they tried to hand it out the window) was not ours. Much bigger order then ours. The person at the window through a fit and slammed our 4 drink order out the door. We asked which one was the "coffee" said, " are you stupid!! The ine that smells like coffee" We said, have a better day. She yelled, go away!!!!. Not going back. And to say this. Thier coffee and drinks are some of the best, but this transaction ends our time coming back.

    when we first got our drinks they were blended instead of iced, we told the person working and they had no problem, when they they handed our drinks to us and me and my mom and sister took a sip, it tasted like pure milk, we went back and told them and they were just slightly frustrated when we got the drinks back they still tasted like milk but slightly better.

    the vibes are great and everyone clearly does their part! my only concern is the heat! the weather will pass 100 and this establishment still have the workers stand with this ridiculous life jacket on. no telling how long they have to be out there for. dutch bro’s clearly makes enough money to do better for their workers because just the thought of having to be outside taking orders for hours is torture.

    Always want coffee late and appreciate Dutch Bros being open late so I can enjoy a Dirty Chai Latte. To have great employees like Savannah(Hope I spelled it right! Sorry if I didn’t) is a great thing to value for a business. Thank you! -Xavier

    Customer service is good! Hit and miss depending on which barista makes your drink. Convenient for me because it's not far from my house
