I stop by this Chick-fil-A almost every single morning for my coffee, and I usually place a mobile order. No matter how busy it is, Jennifer always makes a point to greet me by name the moment I walk in. There have even been times when she has been on her break, and she still takes the time to smile, speak, and make sure I feel welcomed. That kind of customer service may seem small to some people, but it makes such a huge difference. In a time where genuine, personal customer service can be hard to come by, Jennifer stands out every single time. She remembers her customers, she is consistently kind, and you can tell that the way she treats people is genuine and not forced. At this point, I joke that I probably keep coming back just to see Jennifer, She has become part of my morning routine, and her positive attitude truly starts my day off on a good note. Employees like Jennifer are what make people loyal to a business. She represents Chick-fil-A extremely well and deserves to be recognized for the level of care, kindness, and consistency she gives customers every day. - MTMarie ThompsonSep 7, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with how my experience was handled at Chick-fil-A today. I went through the drive-thru, clearly placed my order, and the employee made a mistake. Because of that mistake, I had to get out of my vehicle, go inside, and stand in line just to speak with a manager and get my order corrected. At that point, the least they could have done was offer the fry as a courtesy for the inconvenience their employee caused. I was not expecting a free fry when I originally placed my order, but after THEIR mistake resulted in me having to leave my vehicle and wait inside, I absolutely feel it should have been offered. What made it worse was the way the employee presented the fry, making it seem as though I was being charged for it. I later realized I had not actually been charged, but that was not communicated clearly to me at the time. This is not about the price of a fry. It’s about accountability and customer service. If your employee makes a mistake that inconveniences a customer enough to make them get out of their vehicle and come inside, the situation should be handled with some level of courtesy and professionalism. I don’t feel that happened today, and honestly, I expected better from Chick-fil-A.
