  Jennifer always makes my experience great in the morning! She makes sure I get my food as soon as I pull up, this woman deserves a raise! She works extremely hard ❤️

  I've been to several Chick-fil-A's before, so this wasn't really a new experience for me... But at this particular Chick-fil-A, they were really complicated in the way that they were trying to address their multi-line system for the drive through. When I got done , placing my order with the server who was very rude about it... She then kept telling me to follow another car in the line, but they were in a different line from me, and I tried to ask clarifying questions to get what she meant. And I never could figure out what she meant. So I just pulled forward. Also, they gave me half the sauces that I asked for which is not a problem, I've had at other locations.

  The slowest or slow! Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a 12 piece nugget… got told they were still working on my order and to pull up… 5 vehicles behind me got their food before me. What in the world? I didn’t order anything special, off menu, or even grilled. From entering the drive thru (ordered on the app) to getting my food it took 30min. What happened to fast food? What happened to Chick-fil-A being efficient? Insane.

  Just to clarify, this review is as an Doordash/ Ubereats driver. I have just recently made another review for the Chick-fil-A off of 15th Street as a mobile delivery app driver which is why I'm coming over to this one and leaving this review. This particular Chick-fil-A is The Absolute Standard when it comes to customer service. Every single time I have gone in here I have been greeted promptly, from more than one employee. And even, I'd say 95% of the time, before I can walk over to the designated mobile pickup area I'm already asked in some way shape or form how I can be helped. It doesn't matter if it's not busy it doesn't matter if it's packed. I'd say even if it's packed, I'll just walk over to their mobile pickup area and still immediately be asked if I have a mobile order which is always funny to me but I do clarify if I'm there for or carryout or delivery apps. Then I get an immediate answer of it's either ready or there still working on it. And it's not just one employee. I know that there is a designated mobile order employee over there, but all the other employees as well if they're not busy help that employee out too. For example, if the mobile order employee is swamped with so many orders because it's busy, lo and behold the other employees will come over and double check that we've been spoken too, and if we hadn't they take the name and let them know. Really the only complaint that I have with this location and it has absolutely nothing to do with the employees at all which is why I only gave atmosphere 4 stars is that the mobile pickup area is super tiny. I mean it's literally just up to the counter and there's not a lot of room for people to stand and wait for their mobile orders unlike the 15th location where there is a designated area for it here there's just literally a small little counter area and you can kind of wait to the side but you can't go too far past cuz then you'll be in the kitchen and behind the registers. So most of the time we just step back more into the dining room and wait for the order to be called out to us. Which they call the orders out here!! If there is a hot order ready to be served for a mobile delivery but the person had not come and checked in yet, I have watched the employees literally call the name out and the person had just walked in the door and said "oh hey yeah that's me wow soo quick!" Now of course that's only on slow days that I think they do that but still it is just immaculate. Again I cannot stress this enough EVERYTHING that this location does for its mobile orders and delivery orders NEEDS to be the standard for EVERY location. Because it doesn't matter if it's morning afternoon or night the service is exactly the same with all of their employees here, just instilled into them just like saying "my pleasure". It is incredible and I hope a corporate worker or someone higher up sees this and gives these people either a raise a, thumbs up, a milkshake, a free meal something because they're doing it right here. ❤️❤️❤️
