  My husband and I ordered from here through DoorDash and had noticed a piece of the pizza had a dead fly on it as soon as we opened it up… Also the “toppings” were extremely lackluster… Called the store (yes, we knew that we wouldn’t get a refund through them since we ordered through DoorDash) to see if we could at least talk to the manager and see if they could offer something in replacement of the mishap… well that surely didn’t happen… The first employee I talked with said she would go get the manager since she couldn’t help… Totally understandable. She then comes back on the line and says “My manager said there’s nothing we can do since you ordered through DoorDash. I don’t know what else to tell you..” As a customer, “I don’t know what else to tell you” comes off very rude…

  I really wanted to enjoy my dinner, but it just wasn't great this time around. The pizza arrived barely warm, and the crust was a lot tougher than I remember it usually being. It took much longer than promised for the delivery, and by the time it got to me, it felt like it had been sitting out for a while. I have had much better experiences at other locations, so this was definitely a letdown.

  Classic Pizza Hut, but in Miami Oklahoma they have a great team who serve good food.

  Bit a of a weird experience to be dining in a place and be able to very CLEARLY see the staff avoiding a specific table... Made the whole experience uncomfortable for us. Can't imagine how the table being treated that way felt.. Definitely won't be back.
