  Just ordered two of the new $7.99 boxes and the crispy chicken patty on one of the sandwiches was raw. Not just a little raw, but chewy rubbery raw. Called the store to let them know and got told there's no way the chicken was raw and got the phone hung up on me. I normally love Arby's and the food, but this was unacceptable. A simple replace would have been fine but apparently not and calling a customer a liar instead was the logical choice they made I guess.

  Loved Loved the customer service from this Arbys!!Christine was very professional, did her very best to get everyone their orders quick. She made me wanna come back here.

  I love Arby's, but this visit in Miami, Ok. Was terrible! Our roast beef was yellow! We returned it and was told it was just because it was the end of the roast. They said they had a fresh one almost ready. We waited and was served another sandwich. It looked better but the tast and texture was not right. Neither of us finished our food and just left. $28.99 for two meals that we couldn't eat. Once again I love Arby's but will never again go to the one miami, ok.. probably won't go back for awhile to any Arby's.

  I had a really fantastic experience during my quick stop today. Everything was super fresh and served right away, which was perfect because I was really hungry. The staff were very kind and kept everything clean, making it a very comfortable place to eat. It is always nice when a go-to spot delivers exactly what you need with a smile, so I left feeling really happy with my meal.
