  Took almost 5 minutes just to answer the button. The first time, then they messed up, went back to have them fix it and had to stop somebody because they couldn't answer the button. And there's only 6 cars in the parking lot had a lot better service before. 6pm 7/5/26

  Okay I have to say I'm not happy, I eat there several times a week because I really like the bogo deals and I use the app but here lately the sandwiches I've ordered via the app have not been right very sloppy put together and almost wet bread, they made it right after we went back but we had to go to work open the sandwich up see that it was made wrong with cheese when there was no cheese ordered and the patties not even on the bun and the bun being completely wet and have to go back up there after getting to work and then have to go back and have them make it right and this is happened about six times so far in a row in the last month I really like Sonic but I think that their standards have slipped I don't know if it's the people managing the place or what but I'm seriously thinking about just not going there anymore , no work ethic or pride in what they serve

  They didn't bring cheese with the pretzel then they wanted to charge me for it. My kid had the pretzel ate before they brought the cheese so we left.
