The service is most likely compromised due to their need for speed i guess. I would say that 6 times out of 10 they forgot the straw...and napkins and the bbq sauce. I always go large for the tea and fries. Sometimes the sauce is the wrong sauce. I understand it's hectic at times. But this really happens quite often. It's getting a little frustrating. Sorry for the negative reviews...but that's my experience.
