  Horrible experience, truck driver was trying to get out and no worker would help they all stayed inside and did nothing, as you could see them stand there, and inconsiderate drivers cutting and the workers talk to them for a long time like they are friends, this is the worst business ive seen for 7 brew yall need to get something fixed and actually direct traffic or something that was rediculous, its a job not a place to chat we waited a hour and a half in line stuck because yall wanted to chat.

  If you run a special that is going to cause huge back traffic (over 2 hours) make sure you have enough workers to cover the traffic. Poor planning on management.

  The outside lane is moving 10 times slower than the inside lane. The system they are using is not working well. My family has been waiting a long time. I understand it is a special give away day but there is no reason for the other like to be going fast and for our line to barely be moving. I wish they would fix this problem.
