  This place is horrible, every time I go there they say there blizzard machine is being cleaned and can't make what I want. Last 4 times different days and different times. Not even a Sunday could he make. Last time here. Never again will I go there

  Don't get the bacon its texture is easiest compared to beef jerky that's been left in the Sun for 2 weeks then put in the dehydrator for the same amount of time and then they take that and put that in your burrito or sandwich Etc

  I order on the app alot. They usually have it ready by time I get there.

  I attempted to order through the app and continued to receive a system error. So I drove up to the sonic and ordered reading exactly what I tried ordering from the app. In ordering, I gave the combo #, the side of choice and drink. For example a #3 the 3 piece version with a medium onion ring for the side and a cranberry slush for the drink, etc. The person taking the order misheard one of the combos and I replied that was incorrect and repeated the correct order. The stall would not run the card after multiple attempts. When they arrived, they handed us the food. I asked if he could explain why there was an $8 difference between the order in the app and the order there at the stall. He replied no. I asked for the receipt. I then pointed out he rang the meals up as individual items and not combos. He told me that's because I didn't say I wanted combos. I did in fact ask for the combos and when I tell him this he asked, "Well what do you want me to do then? Go back and ring it all back up? " I said that would be great as there was enough of a price difference for an additional meal. He informed me he could but he's taking the food with him to hand it all back over. At this point he had an attitude that made us uncomfortable dealing with him or giving him the food we were about to eat not knowing what he would do to it so we paid the extra money and left. When we got home, one of the tater tots was all French fries with a few tater tots thrown on top. And the burger I had corrected the order on was smashed to the point it was thin as rice paper with holes and unable to fit on the bun. It was folded and shoved into the box. The service and the food was far below suitable expectations. We do not recommend this location.
