  My husband and I came in for the lunch buffet expecting a variety of fresh pizzas. When we arrived, there were only two old-looking pizzas left on the buffet, so we decided to wait for fresh pizza to be brought out. After waiting, only two more pizzas were placed on the buffet, and they were the same varieties that had already been sitting there. During that time, I watched at least eight pizzas being made and sent out for takeout orders, while the buffet remained nearly empty. There were also three other tables waiting for pizza from the buffet, so we were clearly not the only customers affected. I counted six employees working, and at least three of them repeatedly checked the buffet area, so they were well aware that there was little to no pizza available. Despite that, nothing was done to keep the buffet stocked. When we asked about the lack of pizza, the employee simply shrugged her shoulders, said, "Sorry," and walked away. There was no effort to address the problem or offer any explanation. A buffet should be kept stocked, especially during lunch hours when customers are paying specifically for that experience. It felt like all of the focus was on takeout orders while the customers dining in were ignored. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and because of the poor service and lack of concern, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

  My husband and I came to Pizza Hut around noon and ordered the lunch buffet. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. After waiting approximately 45 minutes, only one sausage pizza and one half-veggie, half-sausage pizza were brought to the buffet. When we asked if more pizza would be coming out, the employee asked if we had any special requests. At that point, after waiting so long, it didn’t seem reasonable that we should have to request pizzas for a buffet we had already paid for. As a result, the only thing we were able to eat was the salad bar. When we expressed our disappointment, the only response we received was, “Oh, sorry.”

  Went to pizza hut after my grandson's game. He needed to go to the restroom. However there is a sign on the door that said "No public restroom". When I asked an employee they told me to walk to Subway that they had a bathroom. So no public restroom at a dine-in restaurant!!! How are you suppose to even wash your hands before eating. Totally unacceptable!!!

  Ordered online, instructed when to pick up. Got there told we would have to wait another 25 minutes. Went back inside in 25 minutes, made my grandson pay at that time. Said they would call when it was ready. Waited another 20 minutes, no call. Went in and got the food. The pasta dish had about 50% of normal ordersize, thecheese bread was slightlyburnt, and thepizzas were over cooked, The cinnamon sticks looked ok. Very displeased withthishorrible service. Unfortunately this is not the 1st time recently for suchbad service. In fact last time everything was slightly burnt.
