  We just drove there to get three hamburgers to go. Girl taking order couldn't repeat back correct order so we drove to the window to place the order, face to face. When we got home, two burgers were completely wrong: no lettuce, no pickle, no onion and no tomato. We asked for NO KETCHUP and got ketchup, on the messed up burgers. The cheese is tasteless and we got ONE tiny mint. Overall, skip this place and go elsewhere. 17 May 2026.

  I have not been to this Sonic in 5+ years because of the service there, so I thought let’s give it a try and see if it has got any better, well I should have known it just got worse !!! I ordered my food in the app then I checked in at stall number 3 then got a message to press the red button and tell them my name well stall number three don’t have a red button so I went to stall 4 well that stall don’t work according to the screen then I walked to the patio stall pressed the button to be told they don’t have my order and named off all the names that they had I said well I have a email showing sonic Lone Grove HWY 70 them all of a sudden my order was found and was told they have 12 orders ahead of me and it will be a while so 22 minutes later we get our order of two toasters and a tater tot just to have the worst tasting food I have ever had at a restaurant. I literally would rather have a gas station burrito that had been in the hot box for three hours. So don’t waste your time or money if you want something good.
