  Paid fifteen dollars for 4 drinks. The two slushes weren't even frozen. Disappointing. Especially when ya spend cash just wanting a drink.

  Employees playing around. Noone greeted us at speaker. We waited quite some time before we pulled up to the window to place order there. My husband witnessed an older male employee ( not a teen)grabbing rear ends of girls working with him. Girl taking our order had bloody nose. I asked for large sized meal received medium and was told that's what the receipt( i never received) said. The drink was watery since the ice had melted before giving to me with the meal Fries and tots were cold and old while chix was hot as was steak, although the steak was not completely cooked in the middle.. We spent quite awhile waiting with speaker time and being pulled forward to receive cold, undercooked food. I left and threw my food away. Funny. Not. Also, we did not receive napkins. The float was melted and dripping down the outside of the cup. Epic fail. I would be very worried if my teen girl was working there -absolutely unprofessional, at best and last I checked, playing grab ass is sexual harassment

  I have completely given up on Lone Grove Sonic. You can’t swing thru and get a drink or shake without them bringing it out to you in a cup covered in sticky ice cream, or soda all over the cup. They don’t have the common sense to even wipe the cup off before handing it to customers. I ordered a chocolate milkshake tonight and was met with the same nasty cup I always get time after time. Chocolate running out of the lid and down the side of the cup to the extent that I walked the cup back inside and just told them to throw it away after showing them what was just brought out to me, then took to a google review to express my frustration. This place just simply sucks!
