  I have completely given up on Lone Grove Sonic. You can’t swing thru and get a drink or shake without them bringing it out to you in a cup covered in sticky ice cream, or soda all over the cup. They don’t have the common sense to even wipe the cup off before handing it to customers. I ordered a chocolate milkshake tonight and was met with the same nasty cup I always get time after time. Chocolate running out of the lid and down the side of the cup to the extent that I walked the cup back inside and just told them to throw it away after showing them what was just brought out to me, then took to a google review to express my frustration. This place just simply sucks!

  HORRIBLE TERRIBLE WONT BE GOING BACK. The large chilli cheese tater tots are so hard you can’t even eat them…. I have been there twice today and got a pretzel and neither time did it come with the cheese. If I didn’t live a town away I would take this trash back and get my money back.

  We just drove there to get three hamburgers to go. Girl taking order couldn't repeat back correct order so we drove to the window to place the order, face to face. When we got home, two burgers were completely wrong: no lettuce, no pickle, no onion and no tomato. We asked for NO KETCHUP and got ketchup, on the messed up burgers. The cheese is tasteless and we got ONE tiny mint. Overall, skip this place and go elsewhere. 17 May 2026.
