  I know he couldn't hear me through the microphone. So he had to come out and get my order manually. But this guy made my day came by yesterday. He had such a spirited attitude. I figured I'd come again today. and he did not disappoint

  A lot of the times our orders are wrong. We got food yesterday and they came out to take our order because they couldn’t hear my husband and he didn’t write the order down and it came out all wrong.

  This is getting ridiculous. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with NO pickles and ended up getting a double cheeseburger with zero bacon and extra pickles. I’m so over this place as they have gotten my order wrong the past 3 visits. You will have much better service going to the Purcell location. This place is a joke.
