  Worst Fast Food Service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered and paid through the app, once I arrived they told me their Freeze machine was down. I asked for a refund on the drink and they said no that I needed to call customer service. Which is fine. They were still missing one of the three meals that I had ordered and when I told them they were missing it they said I would have to go around again through the drive through because there was a line behind me. My whole order was all paid and ordered through the TacoBell app ahead of time; so why would I need to go through the drive through again just because there was a “line” behind me. This was by far the worst customer service and fast food experience that I’ve ever dealt with.

  I frequent this Taco Bell because I live nearbye. I actually like Taco Bell food; however, over the past few years I have felt cheated on every occasion. Note the drink pics. The rich orange colored one is a Mango Fiesta that the staff prepared for my order in the drive through area. I ordered through the mobile app to dine in. The other drink which looks like diluted mello-yello is actuall Mango Fiesta from the customer fountain. For a solid year now I have had to ask someone from behind the counter to refill my drink because management refuses to make corrections to the machine. Why is that? Now note the beefy potato loaded griller. I ordered two. The one with all the potatoes is the one I had to ask management to give me potatoes because there were none as one can plainly see in the other photo. This isn't a one time thing. It's everytime. Many times when I order taco supremes I get regular tacos and have to ask someone to give me a side of sourcream and a side of tomatoes. I have concluded that this Taco Bell is in the practice of knowingly cheating their customers. Hence forth I will try other Taco Bells and I will update.

  Typical Taco Bell cheap Tex-Mex for late night food run. I've done a lot of upgrades as far as self-ordering off of kiosk restaurant was clean. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. Came over and showed me how to use the kiosk. Very friendly, jovial and just the all-around happy person. Very impressed with her. Food was just typical. Taco Bell and efficiency and the timeliness of my water was acceptable.

  Disappointed. I just went to this Taco Bell because it’s the closest one to my house so I go and order a steak quesadilla with easy jalapeno sauce, nacho fries, 2 piece Cinnabon, a Baja blast. On the quesadilla way to much jalapeno sauce the Cinnabons were barely coated in cinnamon sugar and they put on the receipt the nacho cheese for the fries but I did not get it.
