I ordered two drinks using the Sonic app and was charged full price instead of the advertised half-price deal. When I asked the employee handing us the drinks about it, her response was, “Well, it shouldn’t be.” I told her it was showing full price, and she replied, “I don’t know then.”
I understand mistakes happen, but the response was unhelpful and dismissive. I would appreciate someone looking into the incorrect charge and improving how situations like this are handled.
Love the drive in concept! I have not had Sonic in a few years as they are not in Southern NY. However, their chilli chesedog with tots is their best combo meal in my opinion. However, I wish they had tarter sauce packets on hand to compliment the tots.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Sonic location. I ordered a refresher berry drink, and it was honestly terrible — the taste was off, and I couldn’t drink it.
I politely asked the employee if I could switch it out for something cheaper (a small ocean water slush). I did not ask for a refund — I simply didn’t want the drink because it was not good.
At that point, a manager came over with an attitude and refused to provide her name when asked. She stated that just because I didn’t like the drink didn’t mean they had to replace it. That response was unacceptable. As a paying customer, if a product is not right, there should at least be an effort to fix the situation — especially when I was willing to accept a cheaper item instead of asking for my money back.
To make matters worse, she accused me of being hostile, which was not the case. I remained calm and simply asked for a reasonable solution. I then observed her personally making the replacement drink in a careless manner, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
This entire interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location again.
I understand that customers are not always right, but when a product is clearly not acceptable, basic customer service should apply. This experience did not reflect that at all.

Food is good and so are the drinks. But at this location. The employees need to pay attention to customers in the drive thru. You'll be sitting there for like 15 minutes untill finally an employee goes to the window. And if you didn't get all of your food that you ordered. You'll be waiting another 15 minutes before once again another employee comes to the window and you tell them they didn't give you everything that was on your receipt.
