  Kids loved the fries and I was stunned to find actual strawberries in the strawberry milkshake. Delish.

  I ordered two drinks using the Sonic app and was charged full price instead of the advertised half-price deal. When I asked the employee handing us the drinks about it, her response was, “Well, it shouldn’t be.” I told her it was showing full price, and she replied, “I don’t know then.” I understand mistakes happen, but the response was unhelpful and dismissive. I would appreciate someone looking into the incorrect charge and improving how situations like this are handled.
