  Ordered delivery. Guess they are to worried about reconstruction vs preparing food. Food wasn’t fully cooked and didn’t get any sauces I asked for. Called just to tell them they couldn’t have been more rude.

  I ordered my food at 3:00pm said my order would be here at 3:32 the dasher was an hour late my food arrived cold so I denied which is my legal right.I then reorder my food and they lie and say it’s being prepared.Says my second order is on the way mind you my first order had bbq traditional wings on it.My second order I made had mild traditional wings on it.This place takes my old cold food back to the store and holds it while they lie and say my second order is being prepared and send out the same old food from the first dasher now my food is being sent out with a second dasher mind you all the seals are broken at this point on my food.I paid $45.20 for 2 hour cold food that went through 2 dashers.This was a nasty trick and very disgusting to take my food back and hold it then resend it out unacceptable by all means.I made a corporate complaint as well.I need to be have some kind of accommodation for this cause it’s unacceptable by all means.I don’t know what was done to my pizza while going through 2 dashers and back to the store and resent to my home.

  Called in to place a order tonight and had the worst experience over the phone, Unbelievable she had a very disgusting attitude making sluggish ghetto remarks over the phone while speaking about my phone number she suggested I was giving her the wrong number being that my area code is Louisiana which is where my family and I are from ...we always order here but this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced she then hangs up the phone in my face while asking if there were any pizza deals being? She stated I don't know what you mean ....I meannn you "gotta" tell me what you looking for ? I said a family 10 she suggested a 50$ deal? And then when I declined she suggest 1 large pizza ....after I just basically became sick of how ignorant she was over the phone I said you know what nevermind because why order when you're attitude is this disgusting you could do anything to my food ...she literally hangs up the phone in my face ...I called back to ask for a manager and her name she again hangs the phone up in my face and wouldn't give her name....I called back she forwarded my call to the call center for orders ...called her back on my actual number and she says that her name is Lisa she is the manager !! No one else worked but her and the delivery driver that she also cooked ...so Im guessing she didn't want to make the money tonight maybe had a long day and just blow a order because you didn't feel like it ...I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS ....I did let her know that I will definitely be reporting her in the morning to whatever manager available... UNBELIEVABLE ‼️‼️ she didn't have not a care bone in her body the way she spoke to me over the phone for just wanting to feed my family ...I have never felt so shocked😭😭 .. if this is what customer service is she needs to train all over again

  My Go-To takeout place! 10/10 on customer service everytime, and the actually make food with love i always say as opposed to the other ones in town! I've ordered both day and night shift and they both never disappoint!

  There was a sweet mature lady working the drive through today All I can say is she is a total sweetheart I believe she is native Indian but whatever She deserve every good fortune in life!
