- FTFernando Tapia5 days ago4.0While I appreciate that the facility is very clean and offers a pleasant dining atmosphere, I noticed that significant improvements are needed regarding the speed of service for orders placed through the app and the kiosks. During my visit at a non-busy time of the day, it took a long time for my order to be served. I observed several other patrons who arrived after me experiencing similar delays, which created a crowd in front of the counter. Additionally, when my app order was finally ready, it was missing an item, and it took a considerable amount of time to have it corrected. Putting aside the aforementioned deficiency, this facility has a lot of potential to be competitive.
