  The way they just throw the food together is very off-putting. It's just a mess every time I go there. I won't be going back to that place until someone retrains the grill cooks.

  As a Doordasher, I wasn't greeted nor was my presence even acknowledged. I was standing at the pick up counter over 5 mins as an employee was preparing meals and another was taking orders outside but as soon as a customer stood at the ordering/payment counter, they were assisted before me. I realize my presence at the pick up counter let's the employees know I'm picking up but to completely ignore me isn't hospitable.

  When I first pulled up to the drive through, one lane was blocked with garbage they had placed there to stop people from using that lane, but without any signage. I pulled up and was not asked for my app code. I gave the lady my app code and she already sounded offended. She seemed to struggle to hear me so I spoke a little more loudly and this seemed to greatly offend her. I was only trying to order my food. When I pulled up to the first window, the lady handed me the receipt and curtly closed the window in my face, having never acknowledged me. The man who gave me the food was friendly enough. The food quality was what I would expect from McDonald’s, but the rude service made me feel unwelcome to return. Restaurant # 10963 05/17/2026 8:35 am Order # 51

  This is the worst McDonald's that I'd ever been to.There's a bunch of kids working in there that just don't care that really customer service was horrible.They didn't want to give my girlfriend her full refund , the manager is a jerk , and he thinks he's a tough 😒

  Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's the manager who took my order was rude and rushed me through out the entire ordering process even to the point of interrupting me mid word to ask me if I was done with my order. Then argued with me about a m chicken
