- VDValynn Davis2 days ago1.0The WORST customer experience at any Jimmy John I’ve eaten at nation wide. How hard is it to cut a sandwich and know what ingredients you do or don’t have? I asked if they have bell peppers and I was told yes, charged me for peppers gave me jalapeños. Took it back inside, asked if I was allergic if I could just eat it. Uhhh no I cannot. So paid for something they couldn’t provide and they all acted like they share a brain. Not enough brain power for a single person with the 3 working! Embarrassing for Jimmy John’s.
