I used the BOGO on the app. When I opened the door and walked in I was greeted and then an employee said my name while holding my order out to me. I have never been here before and she acted like she knew who I was. I told them then they are great. The burger was delicious. It tasted homemade, not like the processed patties you get elsewhere. I get why people love their burgers now. I am now one of the Five Guys lovers. The burgers are filling, juicy and delicious. Great team and great burger.

When I asked in person if they would honor the online coupon because the app crashed (told us they turned it off because of too many orders) a red shirt denied the request. Very disappointed they don't honor their coupons and ended up paying 38 dollars only two burgers.

My order was prepared quickly, and the burger and fries were fresh and hot. (Just because it's become expected from a restaurant like five guys, doesn't mean it shouldn't be noted.) It's known to be an "expensive" option, but it's only a few dollars more than any other fast food place. The quality of ingredients is worth it!
