If anyone reading this is a supernatural fan, I was pretty much Castiel eating those burgers because It makes me "so happy" as he'd put it. The fries are always amazing and just salty enough and everything is always freshly made. The people who work there always have a smile and always provide a great service. The woman their with dark hair and a ponytail is always so fun and hands on and I go there pretty often when I'm paid. It's pretty clean, the only thing I would complain about is that the men's bathroom needs cleaned more regularly because theirs often piss on or near the toilet lid/floor. Everything else? Divine.

The cashier added A1 sauce to the ticket and my partner calmly asked for a new one. She then had to wait for others to get their food before they remade hers. Once she received her new burger they took off the sauce but didn't put the correct ingredients she asked for. The cashier then disappeared to the back before she could check. Once they came back out, David, the employee, then laughed when she asked to speak to someone else about the situation. The manager handled the issue with better customer service than expected by refunding our meal.
