  I had given up on Arby's due to the poor customer service I experienced in the past, but the team at this Arby's has brought me back. They seem genuinely happy to have you as their customer and this, somehow make their food taste better.

  I just wanna say Jennifer that was working the window was so very polite and kind she never makes you feel like you are putting them out like previous experiences before she is so kind always always has my order right and always puts in the sauces I ask for she makes you feel welcome wish she was a manager there to teach others how to treat customers will always go to the one on Sheridan in the evening when she’s working thank you Jennifer for always a wonderful experience and being kind.

  I am honestly not sure what happened during my visit, but it was a total mess. The place felt really dirty, and the staff seemed like they did not want to be there at all. My food arrived lukewarm and just did not taste right, so I ended up tossing most of it in the trash. I definitely won't be coming back to this location again.
