  The staff was unprofessional, rushed and rude. The 3 workers that I interacted with were rude and had poor manners.

  I am very upset the girl with glasses didn't bother asking us for rewards to get points today at 5:30pm we told her our drink orders and they got 1 correct and the other 2 were teas and earl Grey tea which was supposed to be cherry strawberry flavor cinnamon spice was supposed to be blue raspberry the drinks were supposed to be all large and none of the flavors were put in our teas they were both cinnamon spice only and my drink was medium we gave them the medium drink back to fix it for large they just brought us our same medium drink back didn't bother fixing the problem and my tea had no flavor what so ever beyond upset I want a refund of my 16$ that I spent

  I went to this location for the second time yesterday. I was met with the most disrespect I’ve ever witnessed. I went around 11:20 and the girl who took my order had dark curly hair, was short and light skinned. She came up to my car with an attitude like no other, I asked how her day was going and she said “What’s your phone number?” in a rude tone and she didn’t acknowledge my question at all. The last time I was at this location the sweet girl I had read my order at the end to make sure it wasn’t rang in wrong, however this time that was not the case. I have to get sugar free for my wife because she is diabetic, the drink I received was infact NOT sugar free. They said I did not order sugar free, but I know for a fact that I did. This young lady also did not apply my military discount even after i showed her my Veteran ID. I was then disrespected by the woman who was handing me my drink, she didn’t bother trying to chat with or anything, she outright ignored me. I felt very disrespected and like I was unwelcome at this establishment. I will not be returning ever again after this experience.

  When they first opened the frozen coffee, drinks were smooth and well blended now you drink the bottom in their half Ice. What happened? Why did you change the recipe? It was so good when you opened

  Love 7Brew for the fact that it is near my house, and affordable. Love the friendliness of the staff!
