  They were friendly and helpful with finding a flavor my husband was looking for. He loved his drink. They were able to ask a few questions to help him pick from two flavors and he chose a salted caramel.

  Been here several times. Definitely know what a chiller is, went in today and asked for my salted caramel macchiato freezer, no drizzle,I LITERALLY SAID, NO DRIZZLE , JUST CARMEL IN THE CUP, that's it,just extra Carmel, the barista gave me my order back and still repeated her adding me having drizzle, I HAD JUST SAID NO! JUST THE CARMEL! Get my drink and it's an iced caramel macchiato. Not what I ordered at all, then sent it back and they send me the same drink 20 seconds later, with so much liquid on it, there was no freeze to it. Meanwhile the staff is talking to a young man who had his whole truck parked in the drive thru because it must've broken down. Seemed more concerned with flirting,than getting an order correct. I wasted my money and my time

  I am very upset the girl with glasses didn't bother asking us for rewards to get points today at 5:30pm we told her our drink orders and they got 1 correct and the other 2 were teas and earl Grey tea which was supposed to be cherry strawberry flavor cinnamon spice was supposed to be blue raspberry the drinks were supposed to be all large and none of the flavors were put in our teas they were both cinnamon spice only and my drink was medium we gave them the medium drink back to fix it for large they just brought us our same medium drink back didn't bother fixing the problem and my tea had no flavor what so ever beyond upset I want a refund of my 16$ that I spent
