  I am a 7 brew girl!!!! I went through this morning and was met with a line wrapping around the store, nothing new. HOWEVER... I was sitting in line for well ove 30 minutes to even get my order placed mi d you I fid the app order and it didnt work so I had to order with the employee. I was not greeting the 7brew way with friendly and welcoming vibes... it was your app didnt work, what do you want... I then pulled forward to wait gor my drink and was met by a man wearing a skirt and pink shoes that was also very rude and handed me my drinks not wiping off the sticky sides and no straws and when I asked for 2 straws I was met with "cant you see im busy"... My drinks were great as always! I am very disappointed with my service... this location has been going down hill for a few months.

  I have been coming here the last few weeks but tonight I decided to bring hubby so he could try it we got there and There was only 2 cars there and only two people working. We had to wait for ever to even get someone to take our order. Then, we finally got our drinks, and my whipped cream was all melted. And the straw was not long enough. I'm sure y'all could do better from this point on.I guess I'll just start going back to viridian i gave you over ten chances to get it right. Not no more not gonna waste my money and my time really disappointed😬

  When you guys first open the employees were on top of it. Went through today and they're literally just standing around when they could be taking the orders and having your drinks ready for you when you pull up. The employee acted like they really didn't want to be there and they could care less about customer service.

  I'd never been before and wasn't aware that there wasn't a menu to choose your drink from. I told the attendant that I was a diabetic but she didn't have very many suggestions for me. Instead of listing the grams of carbs next to every sugar free drink there's two lists you have to look at. It gets very complicated to find something. Not sure if I'll return.

  I had a really frustrating time here. The line was incredibly long and moved so slowly that I ended up being late for my plans. When I finally got to the window, the staff seemed totally stressed out and they completely messed up my order. It was honestly just a big waste of time and money, so I definitely will not be coming back again.
