  They got some good drinks but I don’t know why they have 10 girls outside , then when I pull up they look at me like I’m stupid. Why else do you think I’m here? “ oh we closed they will explain that to you up there.” Oh then Why yall there 15 deep with no closed signs up or anything ? We get it it’s hot, I work in the heat too. Was just tryina give you some money…

  Sad and disappointed. I waited 30 minutes in line, which normally doesn't bother me because it usually ends up being worth it, but not today. Maybe the team was having a rough day, but how do you order a sweet and salty item, and it’s either sweet or salty? My husband was disappointed.

  Rudest 7 brew I’ve ever been to. Lady must’ve been having a rough day because she was super rude. First off - I have a baby that screams if the car is stopped so I chose to use the walk up menu so my husband could drive laps with our baby in the parking lot next door. Well the walk up door was completely blocked with boxes and trash so I had to stand there forever before they realized once I was there and also had an attitude taking my order. I don’t think I’m in the wrong for using the walk up door you created as a way to take orders. I’m sorry if it’s inconvenient. I ordered one of their chillers for the first time. When I got the order I noticed there wasn’t any whip drizzle on it so I asked about it. She said “no, that doesn’t come on it.” And I pointed to the chiller on the menu and said politely “oh I’m sorry, I assumed because that’s how it’s advertised.” She had a rude retort but I insisted on getting it because that’s what I wanted (if I’d known I had to order it, I would’ve). Again, I don’t feel like it’s my fault for thinking it would have whip and drizzle on it since that’s what’s advertised. Finally I realize I also wasn’t given any straws but I was already walking away and didn’t feel like dealing with Mrs sunshine again.
