  Let me start by saying the food is USUALLY pretty good everytime we come here. Lately the service has been exceptionally bad. I came through the drive thru with my family and ordered food and drinks. The cups typically always come out messy or with drink ran down the side. I don't like sticky cups in my cup holders so I ask for extra napkins to clean them off. My wife always gets an unsweetened tea with peach. Her tea was handed to us with absolutely no ice. Im aware that tea is warm and they are supposed to put more ice than a regular drink because it melts....it came out with none on a 100 degree day. I flagged a girl down in the window and I asked if we could have some ice. She took the drink, barely dumped any drink out and gave us the lousiest half scoop for a large cup, handed it back to me with tea all down the side and said "theres some ice for you" like she did me a favor. It had melted again within 10 minutes. It felt very rude and after the window closed her and the girl that took my order kept whispering and looking at me through the window. She opened it again and said "is there a problem?" I said uhm no, just waiting for my food. She shut the window and laughed. When she handed me my bag of food I asked for their names and they said Emma and Kayleigh. I understand young kids working at restaurants but the level of disrespect people have in the food industry and they expect people to not be mad is unreal. I hope these girls get taught a lesson or learn how to treat customers. You never know what someone is going through and what kind of day someone had. Your 3-5 minute encounter should be respectful and could change someone's day. They made ours worse...

  We moved here in February and I have had nothing but great service! Food is always fresh and hot, drinks made right and they are always so sweet to my doggie! As well as always happy to bring her a pup cup!

  Food was fresh, server was friendly and kept a smile the entire time, only complaint was made change to food and it came without the changes not a huge deal but nonetheless good sonic location
