  This is the worst place to eat or take out. After waiting on my order 37min witch was 4 drinks and 5 orders of the cinimon twist I get not even half of the package of the twist as of they where out of it and they gave me what's left also they are out of cup holders I dropped two of the drinks and when I went back to get two more they made me pay for it while two where lapghing.. it's not a place to go to I will go to Glenpool or Tulsa next time.

  Honestly this is the worst Taco Bell I have ordered from. They consistently either; get my order wrong, can't make my order, food comes out cold, or are rude. The upper management is particularly rude. They refuse to give me the drinks that I pay for. I am gonna go out of my way from now on and go to the Taco Bell on 71st Street.

  Every Taco Bell we've been to has been out of one thing or another, and we've been to 4! And this happens every single time we've gone to a Taco Bell! One location was only accepting online orders while the Jenks location hung up on me when I called to ask if they were taking in person orders. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer. The service has really gone down hill!

  Waited over 30 minutes after arriving having placed the order via the app. Same old excuse of "short staffed". We were one of 7 or 8 cars they had pull around from the drive-thru. The guy next to us as we parked, left saying he'd been pulled around for over 30 minutes, too. Then, my side of nacho cheese was only about a third of the way full. The "extra" beef turned into "light beef" 😡. This was at 7:30 tonight.

  Very slow service, especially if you go in and order. Constantly out of ingredients and won't make any substitution. It seems like there is a lady working nights making those calls and she has been pretty rude every time she has interacted with us. Most of the workers are very pleasant though and do their best to help. We usually end up here after 9pm, so that might be a part of why they are always out of stuff.
