  I ordered a double smash burger and it was great. Little slow on the drive through but I got an apology and the food was good. Nice boy sat the drive through window. It was around 4:00 pm

  Super slow!! Ordered from mobile app and still had to wait 20 minutes after arriving. One carhop and she was hustling…unfortunately, this is the norm for this place! Why do I keep coming back!??

  Ordered 3 drinks on the app thinking it would be faster that way. Arrived and waited around 15 minutes for our order. Driving across the river to QT would have been faster. Carhop was nice... service was just very slow!

  you will literally wait all night for 1 drink, there could be no one in the drive thru and your still gonna have to wait all night, they have 4 people working and it’s not busy and i’m still sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes something needs to change.

  Waiting over 20 minutes for 3 drinks is absolutely ridiculous. Corporate or management needs to come out and help fix this location or it won’t last.
