  I pushed red button and waited for someone to take my order just for them to cancel request after 3 min. Then when someone did answer to place order I was told it would be 15 min wait. I told them I only wanted a route 44 ice water, he said it would be right out. Waited in stall over 25 min for A WATER. Only to have to go through drive thru and wait again in order to receive the product I already paid for. So much for being the drink spot💀😂

  Food is always good if you can get it. This place has a real issue with customer service. Twice we have been to this drive in and have waited in one of the stalls for over 5 minutes pressing the red button at least twice for someone to take our order. The last time we just left and went some where else. I think they spend all of their effort and time waiting on the drive thru customers in stead of those in the stalls. When I complained to the manager it didn’t seem to have bothered her. Very disappointed in this place because it’s been there for a long time but has gotten worse as the months go by.

  I never write reviews and hate confrontations, but this is by far the worst Sonic I have ever been too. I have had 4-5 negative experiences with this Sonic in the past year (orders being lost, 30 minute wait times, being ignored at the drive through for 10 minutes until greeting me for my order) but after today I will not waste my time or money here again. I was told that food was on a 25-30 minute wait and one drink would be a 15-20 minute wait. I worked at a Sonic while in college and truly understand the ins and outs of the ordering process and can only deduce that this is a poor management issue. The fact that the owner has not stopped in to handle the horrible management of this Sonic blows my mind. I write this review in hopes that I may save someone else from wasting their time at this location!

  If I could give this place -1 stars I would… we went later in the night just got two drinks and a chili fry, there were barely any people there, and when I got my order they were completely rude, just handed me the tray to grab myself and didn't say anything to me, the food was bland, stale, and cold… I cant even believe I gave them a tip anyways, dont go during dinner time if you want crappy service, one kid had extremely curly hair and the other wasnt even in uniform

  Waited 5 minites for the lady to take my order!!! She was exyremely rude ! I was literally only 1 of 2 vehicles in the parking lot no one was in drive thru ! Waited 15 minutes and had to press the red button again where the rude lady was going to retake my order! I said ive already been waiting on my order for 15 minutes , where she then replied omg what did ypu have hold on!!! So now my lunch break is up ... this place is literally run by the most trashiest people here in jenks!!! It should be shut down!! Theres so many better options to eat from here in jenks!!!
