  you will literally wait all night for 1 drink, there could be no one in the drive thru and your still gonna have to wait all night, they have 4 people working and it’s not busy and i’m still sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes something needs to change.

  Waiting over 20 minutes for 3 drinks is absolutely ridiculous. Corporate or management needs to come out and help fix this location or it won’t last.

  i come here for my 30 minute lunch break, and order ahead on the app to make things go as smoothly as possible, but yet i’m sat here WAITING for MORE than 30 minutes for my two burgers and a drink???? this happens almost every single time i come to this location. and i know it’s just me because others are getting their food. it’s just absolutely ridiculous. makes me not want to come back at all.

  They changed cheese or something. The cheese burgers and cheese tt r terrible now. Used to be my favorite place to eat

  Corporate needs to get ahold of this location. Absolutely ridiculous to be told to wait a second to order then sit in a drive through for 10 minutes. Get approached by a young employee who asks if we have been helped and told to order at the window. Then get greeted by a blonde older employee I believe the manager who takes our order one at a time at the window and proceeds to get things wrong because she's not writing anything down or doing anything to keep up with the order. This same woman and a black female employee decided to get an attitude with my girlfriend. These people cannot handle the heat and need to stay out the kitchen. There are multiple bad reviews on this location and something needs to change. Better management, better customer service, and better timing on services are a few that I would suggest. These employees act like they're being inconvienced by customers when one pulls up. They also forgot half our order and though we were still at the window all employees disappeared after we ordered and it took several more minutes for the same manager to come back to the window. I feel sorry for the customers behind us in line for the incompetence of these employees.
