  Insanely rude worker. Don’t take your problems out on someone else. If there’s a problem you need to learn to handle it with maturity don’t yell at people.

  Been coming to this McDonald's due to proximity for 10 years. Has gone way down hill over the past year. The food is never good anymore, the service is terrible, you cant even get a good drink from this McDonald's, thats if they have them that day.

  Just ordered two Big Mac meals and a cheeseburger happy meal. Maybe the worst Big Mac I’ve ever had. Our drinks two dr peppers and a coke. We’re all flat and warm. This was a total waste of $22

  I truly feel terrible for the manager. Whole lobby full, drive thru terrible and she has employees standing around staring at the guests. They should have had a mop in their hand if they wanted to watch instead of cook because the place was filthy. The manager worked her butt off and cleared that lobby herself while 3 employees just gazed about lost almost. If this is the work ethic nowadays I can see why there's so many job openings. 730 pm on a Saturday. I'd rather go to the one on 71st and Riverside even with the houseless everywhere there than this one. Never again. I wish she would have actually delegated some responsibility to her employees instead of just letting them just meander about. This location used to be good. Oh yeah the food was disgusting.

  20 minutes for a single drink. The only thing in the order. For what? This has happened twice. I was the only car in the drive-thru and still told to pull up, i had to get out of my car to get the drink that was just sitting on the counter. Didn’t even get a straw. Everyone is in the kitchen just eating and chatting.
