    This is easily my favorite Dutch Bros in the surrounding Tulsa area! I have gotten to know several of the employees at this particular location, and I can genuinely say that every interaction I've had has been nothing but positive. Everyone has always made an effort to be incredibly kind, welcoming, and personable whenever I come through. It's the little things, like being recognized, having conversations, and feeling like the employees genuinely care about their customers, that make this location stand out to me. My go-to order is always a Laser Cat Rebel, and I always look forward to stopping by! The employees here deserve recognition for the effort they put into creating such a welcoming environment. It's clear that they work hard, and I hope they know their kindness doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the amazing work! <3

    I usually go to the Bixby location but stopped by Jenks last night to get my usual and the consistency of kindness and effort from the employees is astounding. I’ve truly never been more impressed in customer service from a coffee spot. Shout out to the girl in the brown pony tail! Thank you!

    I am blown away at the good quality of service from the Dutch bros location in Jenks. The drink was fantastic and the workers kept the line moving quickly. There was a guy who made my drink who was especially kind to me and made my day a lot better!

    I went by in the evening and was greeted as if I was a friend and the barista taking my order had a smile on their face. The ordering process was quick and easy with the barista helping me with the menu as I don’t go to Dutch bros often. Services was quick, staff was friendly and my drink was delicious. Overall wonderful experience

    Terrible experience today. Went through around 2:30pm, there was only one car in the drive-thru and the girl in the car sat there talking to the baristas for several minutes. The guy who was supposed to take our order ran to the back to avoid talking to us, and one of the baristas inside hid from us as well. Awful customer service and extremely immature behavior.
