  The owner definitely needs to checkout his employees here. I went through the drive thru. After the car in front of me pulled out of line and seemed angry, it was my turn. So I pull up, get asked if I’m using the mobile app which I replied no and heard nothing after. When I said hello I get greeted with a male and a female yelling hangon several times. Beyond rude and shitty. Knowing I wouldn’t be eating here, I was shitty back as well. As I sit here across the street eating my McDonald’s, it’s utter chaos in the parking lot! The drive thru line is backed up. People are turning around and there’s a traffic jam in the parking lot of angry looking people. It’s had to imagine how much money this place has lost in the last 30 minutes alone. I rarely take time to write a bad review but this place deserved a novel today…

  Order was completely wrong. Had to keep telling the guy at the window what we were missing. He repeated back what I ordered at the speaker but when I got my receipt I was completely missing a meal. I asked several times for ketchup and napkins and still left w/o ketchup or napkins. I would not go back to this Arby's. 👎👎👎👎 if I could give 0 stars I would.

  Jenks Oklahoma, I cannot believe the quality of this food. We dont eat at Arby's much but this was disgusting. Pretty sure everything had been setting all day under the heat lamp. Cold sandwiches, cold potato cakes. Ended up throwing it away, I am so sad and disappointed in the money I just threw away for this. Learn how to make sure we get what we are paying for, hot food.. Definitely won't make the mistake of going back to the Jenks location.
