  i asked for no ice in my drink like i do at all coffee places, because they like to put half a cup of ice, barely any of the actual drink, then still charge an arm and a leg. at every other place, this is not a problem. They still fill up the drink (as they should, because that’s what I’m paying for… not ice). HERE, however, they said that they would charge me THREE DOLLARS EXTRA to fill the cup all the way up if I didn’t get ice- as if their price isn’t already high enough. It is the stupidest thing I have ever heard, and I will never be back.

  The drinks here are not sickly sweet, and you can actually taste the coffee, which is a huge plus compared to other places. The staff are nice, fast, and efficient. They get you right through the line without chatting your ear off. Great menu variety. I ordered the following: Salted Caramel Macchiato: Way better than Starbucks, offering a much stronger coffee-to-milk ratio (though I did miss having a caramel drizzle on top!). Tropic Thunder Energy: The mango and pineapple flavors blended perfectly in this energy drink. It's a definite win. Sunny Seven Black Tea: The passion fruit flavor is a standout. It hits the spot when you are craving a cold iced tea, and it's not overly sweet. What Could Be Improved: There is no menu available to view while sitting in the back of the line. The only menu I could see was flavor options. They have a cardboard cut that's right at the pick up stand and sits low to the ground. It's not really a functional place to put the menu, seeing as how most of the time your order is placed at your car when someone walks up to it. So you haven't even had a chance to look at a menu. Since it was my first visit, I was so glad I looked up the menu online beforehand. I highly recommend checking out the 7 Brew Menu before you go if you don't already have a regular order. Parking lot hazard: There is an awkward curb in the middle of the entryway that many people seem to hit. I managed to hit it on the way out of the parking lot, which is quite annoying! Overall I am pleasantly surprised at how well I do like this place. I will definitely be back. Also would be great if they have an APP!

  I love 7 Brew and stopped here just before 4pm today (7/18/26) while in town from OKC and it took longer than it should have due to their order taking process. There were two lanes as usual, both long, but the employee at the outside lane walked all the way to the end and took orders for everyone in the right lane only. I was in the left/inner lane that moved much slower due to our order being taken once we got up to the register. Never seen orders taken like this and seems inefficient, but thankfully I’m only visiting and the customer service is top-tier in Edmond/OKC.

  Terrible service. We had about 10 teens on a bus. We could not go through the drive through because of the bus so we used the “convenient” walk up window. We were told that it would be at least a 30 minute wait because they would serve the drive through first. I want to add that there was only 2 cars in the drive through. Next they said they would only take 3 orders, we would have to combine ours. I felt they didn’t want the extra work or hassle even though it would be quite a bit of business for 7Brew! We said we would just not get anything and the girl was definitely relieved. Pretty upsetting since these kids were looking forward to 7Brew. This was at the Jenks, OK location at 2:05pm on Saturday, July 18, 2026

  6/18/26 @ 2:05 pm we took at van of young church kids to get a coffee as we were leaving town after a church trip. We walked up to the window to order about 15 coffees and the girl at the door was very rude to us. She told us it would be at least a 30 min wait because she would be taking care of drive through before us and there was only a few cars ahead of us. and she would not let the kids pay separate, she told them that they had to combine theirs orders. This is extremely poor service and very bad business. We travel several times per year and always go to a 7 brew and have great service except for this place. She acted like she didn’t want us there and didn’t want our business. Sounded as if we were getting excuses to keep from having to serve us. Do not go here!! I like give a negative rating if possible.
