After one of the unsupervised teenagers spilled coffee on me, she didn't even bother to ask if I needed something to clean it up, she just walked off after she said, "sorry the lids pop off easily". I flagged her down and asked for some napkins so I could clean up my lap in the seat of my car. After that, I noticed that they got my order wrong, after that I went in and had them remake it and it Still tasted horrible. I have ordered 7 brew coffee every morning for the last year; it's been fairly consistent. This time it was bad. Then I called 7 brew, upon which time I immediately got AI and asked to talk to someone and then AI told me that they don't have people that I could talk to and I would have to go online and fill out a form and they would get back with me. There's no way to get in contact with their local stores. It's great to have kids working, but they need competent adults who know how to work and operate a business show them how.

I did an online order waited 25 minutes to get. What's thw purpose of ordering online if your going to wait like a regular customer. You have six people working. I won't be back

I waited 13 minutes for a drink and 4 cars came after I did and got their drinks before I did. I ordered a cold energy drink. Nothing complicated. $8 for a large. Starbucks would’ve been a better choice.

Bizarre experience to say the least. Two lines here, but make sure you go to the right-hand lane otherwise you will be completely ignored and skipped until you get to the register. Then the staff will be annoyed at you for it (?). Ordered one Fizz drink, which took quite a while to come out. Arrived mostly flat (but still tasty to be fair), and with a tonne of caramel sauce stuck all over the cup and - somehow - a crumpled fortune cookie paper stuck to the bottom of it. Very, very strange. We were visiting from out of town but will certainly never visit this location again if we are back.

Got skipped in line- waited 30 minutes. Barista taking orders outside was acting like she didn’t skip me and was rude. I loved this stand until this experience.
