  I pulled up to a stall to order a caramel milkshake and large iced water with extra ice, I quickly received my order along with a sweet smile from a very friendly young man — I paid with a gift card, so he promptly took it inside and brought it back out. I took a sip of my shake, or tried anyway, to find out it was really just ice cream and caramel… not enough milk. I don’t know if there was really any milk in there at all, it didn’t look like it was blended either. I also don’t remember seeing a cherry. Well, I felt really awful for saying something and almost didn’t because he was just SO nice! I decided to, and I gently let him know what the issue was. He told me there were no worries at all, and he’ll get it to be remade. I just couldn’t get over how sweet he was! I didn’t catch his name, but he looked like a teenager. My remade shake was brought out with three cherries! Mistakes happen in fast food. School is starting back up and it’s a Friday night, so I’m sure it’s been busy. Friendly faces make all the difference, and that was the best customer service I’ve ever seen from a teenager in fast food.

  Sat there one morning waiting on food that said it would be ready 5 minutes prior. I had to wait while I could see kid inside eating a burger. Then he brought my food to me. Then tonight I was told that an hour before close they shut the ice cream machines down for the night which makes no sense because isn't Sonic supposed to be known for its Master Shake?

  The person who brought us our nasty food was nice! Chili cheese coney took 10 min-hot dog was cold and the chili wasn’t even warm. Cheese thrown on and not melted-how could the cheese melt-they served it cold!

  Sonic has gotten so bad. Service is supper slow and by the time I got my food it was cold and wrong.
