  Wow this place is terrible. A simple order took almost 30 minutes. It wasn't even that busy maybe at like 50%. Never again.

  I placed my mobile order for ONE drink and pulled into the mobile thru. We sat there for 30 minutes and never got my drink, so I went to the doors to knock and ask someone about it and no one would come to the door. So I went to the next stall and rang the button and waited 5 more minutes…no one answered. Finally we had to go through the drive thru to talk to someone and they just said “uh ok I’ll have it for you at the window” we wanted another 10 minutes in the drive thru. 45 minutes for a single drink is absolutely absurd! I understand they are understaffed, but something really needs to be done about the way they handle orders. This is the second time this has happened to me at this sonic.

  I don't know why I ever waste my time with this Sonic I guess because maybe it's the closest one to my house. But every time I come here it doesn't matter what I get. I wait 30 to 45 minutes and I'm frustrated with it and the food is usually cold but all I get everyday is two drinks and I sat here for 30 minutes once again just now and it says skip the line and order on the app and I did that and I still sit for 30 minutes every damn time
