  So because fast food wasn’t fast enough for people now we’re supposed happy with lukewarm burgers never fresh and base out ratings on this curved scale. Well this sonic just said to hell with it and serves their burgers cold have the time. Somewhere sonic became just a drink place. Drinks and tots with ice cold burgers. Amazing how people’s inability to wait for fresh food killed all fast food including our own sonic. If I want a lukewarm sonic burger I’ll drive to Shawnee, maybe Choctaw

  Got dinner for my son and he wasn’t even able to eat it because there were several hairs in the burger. Tried to call and to tell a manager and they hung up on us when we told them what happened. I reached out to the corporate office and they reached out to this location to get back to me and it’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t heard from anyone. The meals cost too much to not be refunded over a meal that my son could not eat. Horrible service! Exact reason why I do not give Sonic my business. Won’t let my son pick that for dinner anymore for sure.

  The lady was rude and they couldn't get us the right amount of product. Gave us a big bag for a small amount of onion rings.

  Why put a picture of a Cherry Limeade on the coupon, but not honor it? My problem isn’t with this specific sonic location, just Sonic in general. I had no way to leave Sonic as a corporation a review so you get it here.
