  Ordered two burrito supremes but they were anything but supreme? We both thought they were simple bean burritos. Didn't know until we drove home since we used the drive thru. And for $14 this is not acceptable 😒

  Fast food is a very thankless job. I worked in food service when I was younger, so I get how hard it can be. As such, I try really hard to give latitude and not be “that guy.” However, there comes a certain point where the quality is just unacceptable. I would’ve gotten laughed at by a guest if I put this on their plate in front of them, but because it’s in a to-go bag it’s supposed to be okay? Just compare the advertisement to what I actually got. Not only that, but me (being an idiot) paid for extra chicken and added steak expecting that I’d actually get it. Joke is on me. With everything, it didn’t even fill up the bottom of the bowl. I mean, they couldn’t even have just filled it with lettuce or something and made it a little less obvious? Even then, I still got pico in my meal when I requested it removed. Thankfully I just don’t like tomatoes instead of having an allergy. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or if this is the kind of $11 slop bowl that Taco Bell now considers acceptable. Either way, I’m not returning anytime soon.

  I was the only one in thr drive thru. I ordered 2 tacos & a crunchwrap supreme. Only received 1 taco, but paid for 2!

  Must have changed management or something because the food was awesome compared from the last time I ate their 5 months ago fresh and loaded it was awesome Thank you keep up the good work

  i got the chips and supreme dip. they forgot my chips, so i went back in the drive through. i wasnt upset about that, because things happen. then i found a piece of cardboard in my dip. i was upset, but i didnt wanna make a big deal out of it. i went inside to just get a refund on the dip. i stood there for about 15-20 minutes. a few nice employees asked me what was wrong, and they kept asking for their manager ‘greg’. the manager greg kept staring at me just sitting on his phone. as i kept standing there, multiple other people came inside and waited behind me because something was wrong with their order too. finally after a while the manager came over and was VERY rude to me even though i politely asked for a refund and i apologized for the inconvenience. he then went and grabbed 3 dollars out of the register and threw the bills at me. my total for the dip was more than 3 dollars btw. he did not even give me a full refund. another man behind me was trying to talk to the manager, and he blew up at the man saying he ‘cant talk to everyone at one time’. he proceeded to go back there and get on his phone again. i simply just left because i didnt want to be rude but this is kind of ridiculous. btw, while i was waiting i looked at what the employees were doing and all the food looked very nasty. there was crust and dried food everywhere and they do not keep any of the workspace clean.
