  If you are craving Arby's, keep on driving for the next town. Probably one of the worse Arby's I have come across besides the one in Stillwater. Horrible service, no intensity or hassle to get your food to your hand. Sauce dispenser out od Ketchup, out of sauce cup on counter and no team member apologized for it. Food was ok, not the best Roast Beef Cgeddar I have in past.

  Broken chair, soft drinks are not available, dispenser not filled. Buffalo slider doesn't fit my taste bug.

  Went into Arby’s to get lunch. One person sweeping floors, a girl walking around like she was cleaning, & one guy just staring at us. Waited about 5 min nobody came to take are order. To hell with this place & I left.

  I am actively sitting at this Arby's writing this review. We came in, the person in the front had his back to us. Wouldn't turn around. Finally my husband asked "is someone gonna take our order?" The peraon turned around, bad attitude, wasnt polite or anything. Very short with us. Even got mad at the cash register. Then threw our cups down on the counter. Very rude when he told us our total. He didnt even ask what size we wanted. Also, horrible hygiene. Who wants to order food from some they can smell from 3 feet away? Worst customer service I've had anywhere in a very long time. Futhermore, the entirety of the floor i walked on was sticky. The root beer i originally got was lighter in color than the tea was. There were no small lids so we had to use what is obviously icee lids that they got from the gas station next door. They also were out of all their sauces in the pumps except arbys sauce

  This is the WORST service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The person taking orders was clearly pissed off that he had to do his job, not well though, by taking our order, never even repeated the order back, which i guess is fine, but when we got to the window they handed each drink to us individually, did not confirm which drink was what flavor didn't ask if we wanted a cup holder for our multiple drinks, no straws, very poor attitude, very rude, never even looked at us at the window just started handing drinks out the window. I am not one to expect 5 star service from a fast food place but this was just pathetic.
