  This has been one of the better sonics that ive been to. Faster service than the others and nicer car hops!

  Ive been thru three times and given them three chances, and every single time my order was wrong. When I called to have it corrected, I was told they would put me down for a combo so it could be remade. When I came back to pick up the corrected order, the manager was extremely rude over the speaker and told me they hadn’t put me down for a combo, so they couldn’t honor what I had been told on the phone. The way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. After three incorrect orders and then being treated disrespectfully when I tried to get it fixed, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Would give 0 stars if I could.
