  Didn't include my 8pc jalapeno bites and did my order totally wrong. One of my burgers was supposed to have the jalapeno bites as a side, and then a small curly fry side. Instead I got a large curly fry I didn't ask for, and charged for the full price of the jalapeno bites instead of the side upcharge. Just can't be risking not getting what I paid for anymore, and this isn't my only time having this issue.

  Years ago they had food it was worth going Arby's for. Periodically they say that they brought that thing back but it's never the same. So clearly they know what is that we want and they also know that they're incapable of actually delivering it. Take that as you will.

  I h-a-t-e these type of companies that tell/ask you what your options are on combo meals but don't tell you that some of the options cost more. Rarely go back to those types.

  The store was clean but still decorated for Valentine's day..the price was a lil high but good
