  I was at the drive thru this morning at 2:48 A.M. and when i pulled up to order the person taking my order was rude and kept rushing me with an attitude when and when i got to the window to pay i wasnt greeted or spoken to at all and when i handed the person the money they snatched it out of my hand and dropped my change in my and still didnt speak and when they brought the food to the window they shoved the bag into my face in my car window so i grabbed it out of their hands. This is the biggest joke of a taco bell ive ever seen. You dont like your job? get a new one you dont treat customers like that they are the reason you have a job in the first place!!! We will NOT be back to that shit hole! They also need to be retrained on how to properly make an order our food was drenched in the jalepeno cheese sauce that neither one of us can eat and because of the shitty service we received we didnt ask what was on it because they were so rude in just taking the order to begin with so we drove from south of bixby and wasted 10 bucks on food we cant even eat!

  I was turned away twice at the drive through the window, with an already payed mobile order submitted. They first attempted to steal from me then. After my already payed order was acknowledged, the female employee at the window again attempted to refuse me service and struck out at my vehicle with a metal bin. I refused to leave without my order. Taco Bell and its employees attempted to assault and steal from me on October 3rd 2026 at approximately 12:30am

  I’ve come through multiple times and each time nobody answered the Drive Thru. When I came inside to ask about it, the GM Dee was super unprofessional about it.

  When you get your food made correct with adequate sauces, taco bell is really good, but it's a tragedy this taco bell strikes out more often than hitting a homerun. I will say it is better than some other taco bells but until the employees care about the job more, this place will continue to be sub par.
