  I’m done giving this Sonic chances. Every visit lately is something—either you’re out of basic items or the wait times are ridiculous. This time I ordered a cream slush and was told you’re out of slush mix… so no slushes at all? That’s kind of your thing. The last time I came through, it was something else missing and I just left. And it’s not just this location—the Jenks store is just as bad. I’ve waited 30+ minutes just to order multiple times this week, and the last visit I couldn’t even get anyone to help me. Just got the usual “we’re short staffed” line. I actually like Sonic. That’s why this is frustrating. But striking out multiple times in a single week at different locations isn’t a fluke—it’s a pattern. You just closed the Tulsa Hills location too… so what’s going on? Because from the customer side, it feels like things are falling apart.

  Girl at drive through was too busy on her phone to add strawberry to my sweet tea. Had to ask for it before driving off.

  This sonic was great to work with!!! We ordered 123 large drinks and they had them labeled and ready to go when we got there! Whole staff jumped in to help load them in our car and were all very kind! Will continue to use this location for our large orders!
